yma alarm instalations Our small technical support team does all our alarm installations according to By-Law 25* of SAIDSA** as requested by most insurance companies.

We are “Approved Installers” with both Texecom and Spectrum, the two biggest suppliers of alarm systems in the Western Cape.

We recommend and install mostly Texecom products, but are open to our client’s wishes and suggestions.

We can link-up almost any alarm system to our Control-Room.

Our basic package (for an average 2-3 bedrooms house) consists of: an 8-zones keypad and control panel, 15 W siren, Battery, power supply, 2 Passive Infra-red, 2 fixed panic-buttons, 2 magnetic contacts, smalls, labour, link-up and retails for R 3,495.00 (Incl.)

Our 12-month warranty on parts covers only equipment installed by us.

Warranty is linked to the signature of a 12-months Monitoring and Armed Response contract.

* By-Law 25 is the minimum standard requirements for alarm installation compliance to SAIDSA, as requested by most insurance companies.

** SAIDSA: South African Intruder Detection Services Association, the association regulating the standards of quality for alarm installations and control-rooms. Membership is voluntary.
